Main file: Load after SMIM, any SMIM patches, or other mods that touch snow chests. The mesh/texture file option can be loaded after SMIM, or any texture replacer to insure you have the SMIM mesh and a SMIM-compatible texture in place. It's a matter of choice: if you do spend more time screencapping and demand thorough detail, or if you play the game and screencapping on a high-spec rig it's a must; it's not much needed if you need more performance on a low-to-midrange PC and/or spend more time playing than gawking. You can let RW2 overwrite SMIM. The general consensus is to use SMIM as a base and then let mods with more specific textures that you want to overwrite SMIM. Considering the water issues in SE, id probably let real waters win. I have previously compared both meshes in NifSkope. There is technically very little difference, polygon-wise.
