I replaced the actuator motor but now the air flow is messed up. when I have the control set on floor the air comes out the vent or defrost outlets. when I have it set on defrost, it comes out the vent outlets.
This is on the driver side. I can look up from the floor of the driver side and see the actuator moving when it clicks. It is above and behind the steering wheel. I opened up the old actuator and found 2-3 teeth missing from the large plastic gear. Opened up the new actuator to see if I could swap gears but it's large gear is part of the newly designed shaft.
