I am looking for a gas piston rifle and thought about getting a MCX but when I started looking at them, I kept hearing about Gen 1, 2, and now 3 and how parts from the Virtus don't interchange with the Legacy.

Well this one was a chore and a half to cobble together. If you have sensitivity to seizures you may wanna skip this one because my editing sucked and it is...1. Sell the MCX and buy a Virtus upper with AR adapter. 2. Buy a Virtus upper and keep MCX legacy upper (less likely since most expensive option) 3.
