Today I noticed 2 things. 1) the little rubber seal on my rear dana 35 pumpkin oozes oil when I press it. 2) the rear differential is really hot (can touch it for about 3 sec before pulling away).

I haven't seen the temperature gage go any higher than the middle. Its really noticeable. I have a 2014 JKUR. My heater is also acting up. I have replaced the oil cooler (was leaking), the thermostat, and radiator cap.Doing maths, the engine oil will expand by about 0.3-0.4qt between room temp and running temp. Blend door actuator for sure for the no-heat-in-the-cabin deal, but the engine overheating seems far out for that. maybe a clogged heater core (might impede flow) Im dealing with no heat in cabin right now, except on the highest setting. Likely the actuator, but at only 17,000 miles is frustrating.

I read the forum and replaced everything that I could find that would be causing the issue.
