At +10 it's a monster esp with good gems. If you're maining the Cane, i definitely recommend Skill to 50. Cane scales with that and so do your viscerals so it's a great combo. Its only downside is its relatively slow speed, but if you are coming from Demon's Souls or Dark Souls it wont feel slow.
