Actiontiles weather not working.

I have been using Chrome on my Android Lenovotablets at home to see my security cameras. I have opened one tab for each camera to login and then when looking at the Actiontiles tab, everything has been working well until about a month ago. First all the camera images died on one tablet. I am attempting to get actiontiles theme to use a URL for its background. It seems to work when I set it but when I change the image on the web server (the URL remains the exactly the same) it does not seem to update. This depends on the browser you are using. Chrome and fully do not allow them to passed so simply enter the URL as shown below and then you should be prompted for the user name and password. Firefox should work ok with the user:pass being passed within the URL as shown above. 2. Install VLC (im using version 2.2.8) and access VLC command line.A video cam feed, the weather or a map showing traffic in your area are three things that come to mind. So while you’ll have to decide if ShartTools or ActionTiles is a better fit, I think you’ll certainly find that either provides a much more robust environment that running the ST app on a tablet, particularly one that is wall mounted.The weather tile hasn't changed values since it re-appeared a few days back, i.e. it is always set at 8 degrees and is meant to rain. I think you can use ST virtual switches tied-in with IFTTT and ST automation as a work-around to make it work but it will sure add more latency when initiated through the virtual switches.I love love love ActionTiles.
