Mar 16, 2021 · I have been a Comcast customer for several years now. We had a full day outage last Thursday (3/11) because of which me and my husband had to work the entire day on our mobile hotspot. We ended up using 4 GB of data collectively given the remote work, zoom calls, etc. Would love to understand if there is a way get compensated for this.
