You could use a pair of much smaller turbos and reach your goals. One of my customers went a 6.89 at 3150 lbs with a pair of 80's on a 509 BBC with BB2 xtra heads. Mr. Hipster. I got a 400 brake trans in years back, had a single feed direct drum with a .110 bleed hole. The green waffle directs were OK and the steels were shiney, learned me that there's a lot of volume feeding that circuit. The brake was a early first design type with a 1/4" dia. copper tube by the manual valve bore.

E50 has basically has the same rating on the anti knock index as e85. It's like .1 octane difference between e50 and e85. Its not octane as much as cylinder cooling with additional fuel that make the higher percentages slightly beneficial.
