The authenticator sometimes breaks on the site but works fine on the game. On the site, clear your cookies then make sure you set the login time. Leaving it on the default of 'pick a duration' causes the authentication to fail. If that doesn't work, switch it IE/Edge or Firefox and do it there. That always works for me.

Solved: I manually added Star Citizen to the Tobii GameHub App. Click on Games find star citizen, and find the "Browse for File" link about halfway down the game page. Navigate the starcitizen.exe file on your machine, I install to a dedicated SSD so mine was in N:\StarCitizen\LIVE\Bin64. I stated the game and it was working agian.
