A decent treadmill and the app will do just fine. Full disclosure; I have a Tread. Got it used for $2,000. Its definitely worth that.
Woodway treadmills are not good for long distance runners. Woodways are designed for heavy duty commercial use in like Crossfit gyms were you've got heavier folks belting out all out sprints and you have tons of people using them. Most people where I live put exercise equipment in their garage--I'd be amazed if the warranty didn't count it as such.
