I was using that whip with hoarfrost stomp and it was pretty solid for me. The bleed is nice. It did alright damage too. It's a good early to mid game pvp weapon with cold affinity. Cold affinity has poor scaling though, and Thorned whip has better scaling/ lower base damage.Reduvia has pure Physical and is just fine. For the status build-up it works, but dmg scaling itself is buggered. You can simply see the scaling at the weapons stats. Most of the time the stats have something added, for example 200 + 150. Lets say it scales with Dex and you level up it would change to 200 + 152 or so.

Bleed with Eleonora aint that remarkable compared to RoB but the uber poise with it on both parts of the AoW, plus the ash of war also is sleek.
