We were told that my husband's I485 got transferred to NBC few days after mine but his online status is still on fingerprints (for two weeks already)In general, the I485 has to be routed to the local field office for an eventual interview. This goes through NBC . As to if it is getting closer, I would say yes, but of course that is dependent on how backed up your local field office is.2.
