Yesterday the keyfob stopped unlocking / locking doors from the outside. It wouldn't do anything except start the car (in or out of the console). So I decided to re-program the keyfob to see if that helped fix the issue. BAD MOVE. It appears the car erased all keyfob memory and now when I try to start the car, it says 'no fob detected'.No, you cannot. You have to have the transmitter to start the car, the key is for emergency access into the car, but not for starting the car.
