Investing Questions. Employer is moving to a new HSA provider and one of the investment options offered is VTWIX. My Roth IRA is 100% VTWAX and this fund seems almost identical to VTWAX so I am tempted to put 100% of my HSA investments towards VTWIX.

Sell FZILX and buy either VXUS or IXUS at Fidelity. I would go with the ishares options to avoid wash sales with the vamguard funds.
