Nope, and they don't hate you for acquiring psycasts outside of working with them anymore, either. It's not like Rimworld of Magic where everybody and their mother has all-powerful spells; the Empire's strength is more in their top-tier armor and weapons, and Psycasts are meant to be a player tool to tip the scales.VE psycasts does a decent job self balancing, because raiders can have the casts as well. The problem just becomes that the player's casters are more intelligently leveled and utilized so once you reach a certain point, the raids just cannot keep up. Psylevels also don't seem to add the right amount of colony wealth.
