Basically, if you like {Inigo}, {Lucien}, and {Interesting NPC’s} then this mods definitely for you! It gives me tons of Fallout 4 vibes tbh. It is recommended to combine it with the Female Voice Pack that's included with the base mod which adds high quality PC voiced dialogue to the entire main game + DLCs. VOICE PACK FEATURES: To me Laura Bailey did a great job originally and I'd love to hear alot more dialog voiced by her. That's why I don't use SDA because it disables easy to much of her dialog.
