You aren't entitled to be a K route unless you're doing the work of a K route. That's how the evaluates system works. The carrier may gain mail or parcel volume or another parcel pick up and gain time or the opposite may occur. That's the very nature of an evaluated system. Even hourly city routes are evaluated periodically.

Jan 3, 2023. #3. December 30th was the last day for FFS in our office. On the 31st, my 4240 showed an increase of 1 hour (10 mins /day) and I'm now a 47k. Over the past year, my route has been steadily going up due to new territory. Out of approximately 428 new homes, just over half are built.

However, the key will be carrier's ability to count all other mail, bundled flats, raw mail in tubs, sequenced flats, EDDM and see these numbers reflected on the report. Carriers in past counts have validated the counter's numbers.

So, I was under the impression that everything in RRECS would be a yearly average, but according to my 4241 they did NOT average any of the results directly from the mini mail count.
