(FHC) is a Federally Qualified Community Health Center (FQHC) based in Laurel with satellite health centers in Ellisville, Sandersville, Taylorsville, and Waynesboro Mississippi. From these health centers, we care for patients in our five-county service area of Jasper, Jones, Smith, Clarke, and Wayne Counties.
