The Crawford County Sheriff's Office dispatches all law enforcement in Crawford County except Pittsburg and Frontenac. These agencies also use the county sheriff tactical frequencies. In 2022 a new DMR system was added to include most public service agencies in the county. Crawford County EMS is also dispatched by the Sheriff's Office.
