Ran into this on a playthrough yesterday. Scanned all the PRAWN stuff in the Aurora and received the blueprint. Later in the game noticed I lost the blueprint and it was showing 0/20 scanned. Sent in a bug report. Started a new playthrough today and found some PRAWN suit fragments in a wreck. Scanned both of them and my PDA showed 2/20!
