Every item has speed acc and resi and the high resi is mostly for the power flex and could also be acc but I value super high acc more on Rama and warlord so they get the items with more acc. Having ignore defence from savage+cruel makes much bigger difference than having more stats. The 5% ignore def from cruel is around 10-12% dmg increase against targets with 4-5k defence. Rotos damage is also based on HP. If you just focus on attack and crit you're cheating yourself, plus missing some survivability.
