Brought our van a week ago, after it supposedly havinga handover check and habitations check, our 1st tripbout is a disaster. Water pump doesn't work, so no water and no toilet. Phoned them and sales are not interested, and service still not contacted us after 5hrs. Terrible customer service. Date of experience: 25 March 2024.
