Surprisingly, the restaurant was tidy, service was excellent (dirty plates were immediately removed and floor food debris, was always swept up). There was a hibachi grill, a sushi station (which always looked depleted), fried shrimp with heads on, steamed shrimp on ice and a heavy hand of horseradish in the cocktail sauce (just the way I like it).
