The reason a lot of artists aren't listed is because someone has to buy their Patreon/Fanbox and import it and with smaller artists this typically doesn't happen. No there isn't any alternatives afaik, yiff.party was but shutdown in 2020 due to low funding. Any site claiming to be them is fake.
