With the x300/x500 front hitch sitting lower to the ground than the x700 front hitch, we needed more rise to the outrigger to be able to hold the dethatcher up higher.

You will have to either rig up an electric actuator or modify the hydraulic system on your X590 to lift the front dethatcher and the mower deck at the same time. Easiest option would be the electric actuator route but the lift time will be painfully slow.
