I have a fuel filter on my fuel line and I will get fuel for about five minutes and then I will stop getting fuel to my filter. I can take my cap off of my tank and remove the hose clamp and take off my fuel line behind the filter and still no fuel.My 2020 Honda Foreman TRX 520fe2 will not start after 2-4 hours on a trip. If I leave it for a couple of hours it will then start. Dealer said " Checked air filter, valves, fuel pressure" . They tried running it for an hour and a half and it still started fine. The dealer couldn't find anything wrong. This has happened twice on an atv trip.The clip is on the throttle needle. Remove the 4 screws on the top of the carb and pull out the throttle plunger. Use a philip screwdriver and insert it into the holder (middle of slide) and give it a 1/4 turn and remove the holder. 79 posts · Joined 2018. #1 · Oct 20, 2018. OK, I am back to square one. I had gasoline leak out of overflow tube. Oh, and it's 2002 Rubicone 4 trax. Installed new carburator. All was good for maybe 2 hrs of on and off riding. Suddenly, today, major gas puddle underneath the bike starting. Same overflow tube.

Remove two bolts at the front of the tank and the rubber straps at the back. Pull the shift lever knob and the side plastics. At idle the engine is using a small amount of fuel. If the filter can pass enough fuel for the engine to run at higher rpm, it will certainly pass enough for operation at idle. I think I would investigate on other options.
