Jan 4, 2018 · According to Tivo and Spectrum My cable card and TD are fine and tech is coming tomorrow but I’m not hopeful. I’ve tried everything including connecting with splitter. The latest theory is the signal is too strong 100% with SNR of 42 dB so they must “attenuate” it.

I always thought is was cable signal issue. More recently I started getting V58 Error Code Cannel Not Authorized on 3 of the 4 tuners. I called the comcast cable card support team, which is the only tech who will be able to help you at comcast.
