I'm in western NC and have had Starlink since last summer. Download speeds have been anywhere from 80 Mbps to 300 Mbps for me. I've only experienced one major outage in January, but that affected all Starlink customers and it was resolved in a few hours.

We had similar outages. Try turning the heat off. Evey time the heater would kick on (either in auto when triggered by snow, or if I manually turned on pre-heat) we would see outages like this.
