Hi, my Resmed Air Curve 10 that I've had since June of 2019 has recently started making a popping sound. It usually occurs once every time I exhale and once every time I inhale. The machine was covered under Medicare but my provider told me I will have to cover any cost of repairs as the machine is no longer under warranty.
My DreamStation CPAP machine has been waking me up every early morning like 4-5 am with a very noticeable and kind of loud wheezing or sighing noise each time I exhale. It’s definitely coming out of the machine and not the mask or hose. It’s almost like when it gets to a certain pressure level this starts.RE: Resmed S9 fan noise when inhaling. When I get that popping/tapping noise, it's because there's water collecting in the hose. Increasing the temperature of the heated tube helps.
