The PNC Music Pavilion is covered by the roof mainly in the middle of the venue. If you are sitting towards the middle there is a good chance your seat will be covered. The pit, box seats, and sections 1-8 are all comfortably covered by the roof. Sections 4 and 9 are on the outside of the reserved sections. Fix the parking! Review of PNC Music Pavilion. Reviewed July 26, 2013. Enjoyed seeing the Dave Matthews Band here on July 24. Great atmosphere in the lots, wonderful and helpful staff. Only complaint is getting out of the lots after the show. WOW! What a nightmare.
