Parasitic Draw test is pointing me to Fuse #11, as it is drawing 1.26 amps with fuse in and ~ .1 amps with fuse out. This fuse controls, IOD, Radio, Underhood Lamp, Satelite Digital Audio receiver, and Hands Free Module. The Ignition off draw (or IOD) should not be more than 70 milliamps. If it is higher than that, then start removing fuses one at a time to see if the IOD drops below 70 milliamps.
