Not to mention the swag has an arguably better moveset, a bit more reach and the r1 doesn't suffer from the smaller hitbox of the estoc.Id say Estoc simply because it has a better moveset IMO. Ricards R2 is cool, but you can only use it against some slowmoving enemies. Estoc has a wicked R2 slash, and some nice long range pokes twohanded. The Rapier also has a nice lunging R2, and very few weapons can parry/backstab harder than a +15 Rapier. 4.Starting this new character, I'm rushing for the Estoc. It's amazing. It's one of if not the best weapon right now (rivaled by I believe the Sunlight Straight Sword and the Dark Sword). You have low stamina costs. A decent C/C scaling with refined. A great move set.

For pvp it depends, the rapier has higher critical damage but the estoc has higher base damage, making it a better choice for turtling.
