When launching, the boat will float off when there is enough buoyancy to lift it off the bunks (only part of trailer supporting weight). But what the bow does depends on how much of the buoyancy is helping out at the bow. If there isn't enough, the bow is going to want to drop further as the boat comes off.

Both the front and rear decks have had numerous holes drilled and cut to mount seats, boxes, trolling motors, etc. All of the wood under the decks is completely rotten.
