I opened a ticket with bose and the did a replace, the problem with the new one is back after some weeks of use so I have to disconnect it from the power and then reconnect it and it works again. You are correct that the tv is mute for 3 seconds while the video plays. The apps I’m using for atmos are capable of the format. Netflix shows 5.1 and Atmos as available options.
