I am really digging the Hellcat RDP. I recently found that it comes with either the Hex Wasp or the Shield SMSc, both for $899. Which one would you prefer and why? I had the Wasp’s counterpart the Dragonfly on a XDM Elite Compact and was totally disappointed. The refresh rate was very poor and the dot would disappear at times.

Well shame on them for doing that to you. Mine is also my carry gun on a Hellcat, but having leaned and carried a Walther PPS M2 - using factory sights, the time without the red dot on the hellcat was not a big deal to me. I went to the range and practiced just the same. Hang in there. The wasp just goes with the hellcat and co-witnesses perfectly.
