Fox farm feeding schedule outdoors.

Does anyone know where to find or have any experience with this? I'm about a week and a half into my first grow and I think it's about time to start adding nutes. My worry from most of the research I've been doing is that I will add too much. Should I just follow the feeding schedule for hydro ? Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance
