Yes you will add weight over stock mufflers but you get to keep your flying fields. The only way you can clog our canisters is fill them full of sand. If you got 1/2 inch of threads showing and no plain unthread shank, you should be good togo. If 3/8's showing threads or less, its too short for the stack-up. I have used the Mejlik 5 inch carbon spinners for years without any problems on 150cc-200cc engines. I dont feel from what i have seen that the 130 will have any more power than the Gp, Especially as is got more weight on it. Here's a simple and fool proof method for adjusting the engine after that. Your Walbro carb has two needle valves. Adjust the high end, marked with an "H" until you get maximum rpm.The build quality looked excellent, the rods are beefy, so is the top end bearing. Pistons are well built and matched to the cylinders. Something special about this engine is, it was designed as an RC engine from scratch, it uses steel liners in aluminum cylinders, it's an expensive design, but the price of the engines are reasonable.
