If you're doing dex/arc or just arc, the Uchi and Nagakiba are very good. Eleonora's with the multi hit talismans procs faster though. Dual wielding twinblades gives you four hits on a jump attack. Less base damage than katanas but faster for statuses. RoB is actually very good on an Arc build. Better damage than Eleonora's at +9.
