Not sure what site you guys are seeing Hartford on CLMRN but beyond testing a short lived patch several years ago, they are not on it. Talkgroups 164xx had some brief activity back in July but not since. That is monitoring both Hartford standalone & Troop H Sites. HPD patrol is still analog EDACS with some ProVoice for special units.

Don't bet too much. The system isn't designed for scanners, it is for radios specifically designed and built to work on them. Your scanner is built to monitor a wider range of frequencies in more modes and at a cheaper price. The trade off is that it doesn't work as well as the purpose built...
