You see, my manual save file is still my old save file thats completed (you can see the star next to the save file) but all the other auto save files are my new game that i made to activate the glitch. It works and im doing it right now on my master mode save file. Already at 400 korok seeds (but boi that also takes a while).What I have created is a program (Breath of the Wild Save File Mapper) that can read much of the important information stored in BoTW's save files, as well as edit it. To use mods: Run the Wii U Plugin Loader option from the Homebrew Launcher. Tick the SDCafiine plugin on and press + to Apply Patches. Back at the Wii U menu, launch BOTW.
