It's most likely the root cause of the AC issue, or a faulty interconnect, -if you're lucky. Check all CUE-related fuses first. Then ensure the steering wheel controls communicate with the CUE.

Settings and search for running applications. In running applications find NAV and hit the stop button on the screen.
