But you can still do the shrine without the quest. If Link speaks to Laine after calming the Divine Beast Vah Naboris, Laine will inform Link that the Sand-Seal Races will be starting up again. Considering that on cemu you can run the game at 144+ fps 4k with fps++ mod it is not worth it. On cemu you will never experience any kind of slowdown. its perfect. On yuzu maybe after 2-3 years it will get there. But the 60fps mod is not perfect and needs lots of work still.Go into all the houses and talk to people.
