I format the drive as directed, open dumplingapp.com in the browser, launch the app, have it dump files for Cemu online, put the USB stick on my PC, copy over the files as directed (otp.bin and seeprom.bin, sys and usr folders) but it doesn't seem to load my Wii U saves.
