The advantage the 20" has is a rifle gas system. 16" will do 1k with the right ammo and in the right conditions, but it is definitely at a disadvantage to the 20". The SFAR will likely take a little modification. Mainly a different handguard to fit a rifle speed gas system. I can’t speak for the victor but Springfield guns are usually adequate. The Sabre seems to be pretty decent bang for your buck, but definitely give it a once over and test it first before you drop too much time into it.
