My oculus is glitching.

Basically what the title says. I can run games from the PC Oculus store just fine, so it isn't the link cable or the headset. I downloaded sidequest and set default texture size at 2560 with SS in oculus app at 1,2 (about 4480 x 2256) and set refresh rate at 90hz. Strangely all works now flawlessly.
