We don't see a point in this, as after testing, we rarely roll characters worth anything with slash commands, yet using $ produces at least 1 high value character per 10 rolls almost every time.

I always suggest building at least 4 towers because kakera loots will give you a lot of bonuses but it won't help you build up kakera as fast as if you already had 2-3 towers. Tower 4 alone is about enough to basically Max out kl and you can spend a bit of tower 3 to roll of you want without sacrificing a lot of your react power or gold power.
