Mar 13, 2020 · Finally got to the range for an hour, yesterday, with my new Kimber Custom II 10mm GFO. The results were something of a mixed bag. The good news is the gun will put bullets where I want if I do my job. (See targets, below.) At the range today fired 50 rounds of American Eagle and 50 rounds of Sig Sauer Elite Performance 180 grain FMJ. Also fired 16 rounds of Buffalo Bore 21B (180 gr JHP) and 16 rounds of Hornady 180 gr XTP. Used two Kimber magazines and a Wilson Combat. The pistol is accurate and easy to control. CUSTOM TLE II. It all comes down to which looks better to you. I think the Eclipse is the best looking Kimber. I don't care a lot for the scaling on the Raptors, but it all comes down to personal opinion. Both are great guns that will give you, and your son/grandson, a lifetime of enjoyment if they are taken care of properly.
