How to get tmj botox covered by insurance.
I made a post about it a while back. Basically, the order mentioned nothing of Botox for TMJ. It was something like "destroy facial nerve" and it was covered. My understanding is botox is never covered by insurance for TMJ. However one place I went did a discount on all units for the jaw muscle so that was nice!
