I've been playing Fallout 4 for a while now however i stopped for a little bit but recently got back into it. I'm currently working on the Nukaworld DLC. I CANNOT for the life of me find the remaining star cores. I'm missing four of them. The terminal says i have three on left on the ground of Galactic zone and one inside.

Fallout respawn code is odd. Just so you know, the Power in the plant isn't accessible until the Power Play quest. This is either after Open Season or else after one of the gangs betrays you. The last official Star Core is up the elevator that is above Star Control. It's only accessible after the power is on.
