Started as brown spotting which lasted 3 days (no need for a pad) before turning into a light/medium bleed which tapered off quickly (bled 2 days total) and back to brown spotting for a further 3 days. It's only stopped completely today which is also the day AF was actually due. I have no idea what's going on either.
